Nathalie Pacaud

Nathalie Pacaud is a Partner and Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She works with certification bodies, major industrial and banking groups, as well as SMEs, on all aspects of trademark strategy, defense and audits. Her expertise in collective and certification marks is particularly well recognized. Nathalie is head of the Trademarks and Designs practice in our Toulouse office and a member of the Plasseraud Origines & Qualités team. She is the treasurer of CNCPI (French Patent and Trademark Attorneys Institute) and a member of APRAM (French Association of Trademark and Model Attorneys), AIDV (International Wine Law Association) and Ladies Wine. She had the honor of being the mentor of the 2022-2023 class of the Master 2 in Intellectual Property at Toulouse 1 Capitole University, where she has since been a lecturer. The symposium “Les signes de la qualité : repères ou casse-têtes ?” was organized and moderated by Nathalie at the UTC. Nathalie joined EGYP, member of Plasseraud IP Group, in 1999. She became a Partner in 2014.
